2、The registration fee is determined by the actual payment time (non-registration time). If you want to enjoy the early bird discount, kindly pay within the discounted period.

4、Participants who complete online registration and do not complete online payment will be charged the conference registration fee according to the on-site registration fee upon arrival. Those who have registered and paid but have not been able to attend the meeting can apply for a refund by sending an email to Guangzhou@bismis2023.com before October 6th. Refunds cannot be applied for after October 6th. Apply for a refund, and after approval, the payment will be returned via the original route within 10-15 working days.
